Leaders with experience in forming and growing successful campus ministries are available through LCMS Campus Ministry to work with LCMS congregations in starting dedicated campus ministries, transforming dormant ministries, and expanding ministries that have plateaued.
LCMS Campus Ministry's consultant will walk with local ministry leaders through a customized strategic process to help them see what the Lord’s wants them to do on campus. At intervals, LCMS Campus Ministry will then follow up with leaders and workers to asses progress and help plan next steps.
LCMS Campus Ministry's one-on-one consultation services are also available in specific areas such as grant writing, partnerships, development support, public relations and communications support, and others.
Although currently unfunded, a permanent Campus Ministry Catalyst position will soon be available to provide hands-on assistance and continuous sustained support to new and resurgent ministries. |
